Witcol Rustcol RP-1204 is a mineral-based rust preventive oil designed for short-term protection of metal components from rust and corrosion during interim manufacturing processes, storage, and transit. It is particularly suited for protecting semi-finished cold-rolled steel parts and machined components like gears, shafts, bearings, and spindles, as well as industrial tools such as drills, cutting dies, milling cutters, and stamping tools. It offers protection against humidity and condensation.
Manufactured with high-quality mineral base oils and corrosion inhibitors, it forms a thin, protective film on metal surfaces. It is easily removable.

It is also suitable for safeguarding tools like drills, milling cutters, and stamping dies from moisture-induced corrosion. It is formulated to displace water from wet metal surfaces.
Manufactured with corrosion inhibitors, solvent carriers, and water-displacing additives, it effectively displaces water, leaving a minimal, non-tacky protective coating for short-term rust protection. It is ideal for inter-operational and finished applications where a noticeable or sticky residue is undesirable.
