Our Rubber Process Oils (RPOs) are a type of mineral oil derived from petroleum or crude oil, used in the manufacturing of various rubber products, from both natural and synthetic rubber. They are essentially byproducts of the crude oil distillation process, after the more volatile fractions like gasoline and heating oil have been separated out. This oils are used as a lubricant and bulking agent when mixed with rubber, making it easier for further processing.

Rubber Process Oil (Aromatic Base)
Our aromatic base rubber process oil is a process oil containing high levels of aromatic compounds, it is generally dark in colour. It is compatible with most rubber polymers such as Natural Rubber (NR), Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR), and Polybutadiene Rubber (PBR). It is widely used in the manufacturing of tyres, conveyor belts, hoses, and other industrial rubber products where colour is not a major concern.
Rubber Process Oil (Naphthenic Base)
Our naphthenic base rubber process oil is a process oil composed mainly of naphthenic compounds, it has good colour stability, solubility, and thermal stability. It is widely used in the manufacturing of footwear, LPG tubes, hot water bags, and molded and extruded products. It is compatible with Natural Rubber (NR), Polybutadiene Rubber (PBR), etc.
Rubber Process Oil (Paraffinic Base)
Our paraffinic base rubber process oil is a process oil made mostly of paraffinic compounds. This oil is lighter in colour and has a wider viscosity range. It is widely used in the production of whitewall tyres, rubber bands, and medical devices where colour is important. It is compatible with EPDM, Isobutylene-Isoprene Rubber (IIR), etc.
