Nylon POY (Partially Oriented Yarn)
Witmans Industries PVT. LTD. is a one of the leading manufacturer and supplier of Specialty Chemicals in India. We offer products like specialty lubricants, process oils, plasticizers, industrial paints, spin finishes, and textile conning oils, including nylon POY which are a type of nylon yarn known for its versatility and strength, commonly used in textile manufacturing. It is produced by melting nylon chips and extruding the molten material through spinnerets to form continuous filaments. These filaments are then partially stretched and cooled to align the molecules, resulting in yarn with intermediate levels of orientation and strength. Nylon POY is wound onto packages for further processing into textured yarns, fabrics, and other textile products.
