RUST PREVENTIVE SOLVENT BASE
These fluids can be applied directly to wet surface where they displace water leaving a protective film. Their use-cases span across a wide range, including steel components for aircraft, automobiles, machine shops, and tool manufacturers, both for inter-operational and finished applications. Rustol RP 904 forms soft oil films which have good resistance to salt water. The oil films also offer short term protection after machining with soluble cutting oils.Due to its low viscosity, Rustol RP 904 is economical to use and is particularly suited for application on large steel items.
