Witcoat Two Pack Polyurethane Paint

DESCRIPTION:

Witcoat Polyurethane Paint is a two-component acrylic resin based polyurethane enamel cured with aliphatic polyisocynate. It has excellent gloss & colour retention. It is resistant to water, impact, abrasion and industrial corrosive atmosphere.

RECOMMENDED:

As a finishing coat for exterior steel and concrete in aggressive marine and industrial environment e. g. L. P. G. storage Tank, Refineries Chemicals and Fertilizer plants, Dock installation, offshore platforms, where light fastness & gloss retention are desired.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Remove oil grease with suitable detergent solution; and other contaminants by high pressure fresh water hosing. Dust off residue.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS:
Apply only on a dry and clean surface, with a temperature above the dew point to avoid condensation.

PRECEDING COAT:
Witcoat epoxy z/p primer or Witcoat Polyurethane Primer or according to specification

SUBSEQUENT COAT:
Witcoat Polyurethane paints or according to specification

REMARKS:
Hardener is sensitive to moisture, store in a dry place. keep the can tightly closed after use. Before overloading after exposure in contaminated environment clean the surface by high pressure fresh water hosing and allow it to dry. If maximum recoat interval is exceeded roughening of the surface is necessary to ensure Intercoat adhesion.
