Witcoat Two Pack Epoxy Paint


Witcoat Two Pack Epoxy Paint is a two component modified polyamide cured epoxy paint with high resistance to impact and abrasion. It is also resistant to Spillage of Petrol, Mineral oil, Vegetable and Animal oils.


As a finishing coat for protection of steel surfaces directly. Strongly suggested as a finish coat for Chemical plants & also in Fertilizers, Petrochemical Complexes, Thermal Power Plants, Mines, Bridges, Dock installation, etc. It has excellent corrosion protection in fresh and sea water.

Remove oil grease with suitable detergent solution; and other contaminants by high pressure fresh water hosing. Dust off residue.

Apply only on a dry and clean surface, with a temperature above the dew point to avoid condensation.

Maximum recoat interval refers to surface exposed to periodic immersion, heavy condensation chemical attacks and / or abrasion. Under other conditions no maximum interval is specified for Witcoat Epoxy qualities. Before over coating in contaminated environments.

As a general rule, avoid inhalation of solvent vapour or paint mist and contact of liquid paint with skin and eyes. Provide forced ventilation when working with solvent borne coating in confine spaces or stagnant air. Also provide respiratory, skin & eyes protection. Also follow local and national safety regulations.
