Witcoat Polyurethane Lacquer is a two-component lacquer based on polyurethane resin. It is resistant to salt water, acids, alkalis and wide range of chemicals .It is free from lead, chrome, chlorine and heavy metals.


As a finishing coat for exterior steel and concrete in aggressive marine and industrial environment e. g. L. P. G. storage Tank, Refineries Chemicals and Fertilizer plants, Dock installation, offshore platforms, where light fastness & gloss retention are desired.

Remove oil grease with suitable detergent solution; and other contaminants by high pressure fresh water hosing. Dust off residue.

Apply only on a dry and clean surface, with a temperature above the dew point to avoid condensation.

Hardener is sensitive to moisture, store in a dry place. Keep the can tightly closed after use. Before overloading after exposure in contaminated environment clean the surface by high pressure fresh water hosing and allow it to dry. If maximum recoat interval is exceeded roughening of the surface is necessary to ensure Intercoat adhesion.

As a general rule, avoid inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist or contact of liquid paint with skin and eyes Also follow local and national safety regulations.
